Airline food has not always been, well, airline food. There was a time when airlines across the globe vied to have the best chefs, the best drinks, and the most outstanding menus. While touring the Museum’s 727, 747, and Concorde airliners, learn about the history of in-flight meals. You will also be able to view some of the Museum’s collection of airline china, menus, and silverware, including items from the iconic Concorde.

After your tour, dine on entrée and dessert items once a staple for airline chefs, and sample cocktails from the jet setting days of air travel, all in the shadow of the 787 Dreamliner.
