All membership levels receive two permanent membership cards, one with the primary member’s name and the second personalized with an adult’s name.
You also have the option to download a digital card to your iPhone or Android mobile phone. Once your membership is processed, you will receive an email from the museum with more information and a link to download the card.
Downloading the card is not required, and you may use any version of your membership card that works best for you!
If you have a current membership and have lost your card, replacements can be obtained by calling the Membership Office at 206.764.5711 or emailing us at membership@museumofflight.org. Please note all replacement cards will be paper cards, not plastic. It takes 2-3 weeks to fulfill replacement card requests.
The back of the pass needs to be filled out by the visitor in order to be redeemed for free admission. There is no expiration date for the guest pass.
We are unable to replace guest passes. Please keep your guest passes in a safe place and treat them like cash.
As a security measure and to prevent the use of lost or stolen membership cards, we require Members to present photo I.D. upon entering the Museum.
Yes. Please present your photo I.D. at the Membership Desk or Admissions Desk so that they can verify your membership in our database. Your membership card is required for access at all Partner Museums. Partner venues are not required to grant benefits to visitors who forget their cards.
After signing up for a membership, you’ll receive your cards by mail in approximately 2-3 weeks. Processing may take longer during busy seasons. Please feel free to contact the Membership Office at 206.764.5711 to check your status.
Yes. A portion of your receipt can be applied toward membership dues. Please bring your admission receipt to the Membership Desk, or call us at 206.764.5700 and ask for Visitor Services. The transaction ID number on your receipt is required for phone orders. This offer is valid for 30 days after day of visit and cannot be completed without a receipt.

Yes. In recognition of the generous support of The Boeing Company, the Museum offers discounted memberships to those who have retired from or are currently employed with Boeing. If you were a Museum Member during your time at Boeing, your renewal notices will reflect the Boeing discount. If you were not a Museum Member when you were a Boeing employee, please bring proof that you are a Boeing retiree to the Museum and sign up for a membership onsite.
The Museum of Flight is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. A portion of Flight Leader, Barnstormer, and Barnstormer Gold membership dues may be tax deductible. Please see the main Membership page for specific tax deductibility amounts.
Most matching gift programs only match the tax deductible amount of your donation. If your membership level is not tax deductible, your membership dues are not eligible for gift matching.

Please purchase your Membership through a personal account to ensure that you receive all of the benefits Museum Membership has to offer.

Absolutely! A Museum of Flight membership is a gift that lasts all year long. Please follow the steps to purchase a new membership, select the “gift” radio button and enter the gift recipient’s information when prompted. Gift memberships may also be purchased at the Museum or by calling our office at 206.764.5711.

No. Only the two adults covered under your membership (and children/grandchildren under 18 for Aviator level and above) may attend Member events unless specifically noted. We invite your friends, family, and guests to become Members and take advantage of all the wonderful benefits a membership offers!
