You’ve been asking for it—and it's finally here! We are thrilled to invite Members to an exclusive, behind-the-scenes opportunity to experience a part of the Museum that has been closed to the public since 2020: The Museum of Flight's Restoration Center & Reserve Collection!

Join us on Friday, January 30 for an exclusive tour available just for Museum Members. Our expert restoration and preservation team will guide you through the fascinating world of aircraft restoration and showcase some of the exciting projects they are working on. Important Registration Information: 

Due to the high demand for this tour, we are introducing a new registration process in 2026. To register, start by clicking the link below for the Restoration Center Tour drawing. You will be asked to fill out an online form with your contact information and preferred time slots. Make sure you have your Member ID Number, as you will need this number to complete the form. 

When you submit the online the form your name will be entered to into a randomized drawing for a spot on the tour. If your name is selected from the drawing, you will receive an email on January 12 asking you to confirm you spot on the tour. If you do not receive an email, then you were not selected from the drawing, and you do not have a spot on the tour. If your name was not selected, you will be put on a waitlist in the event that a tour spot becomes available.

Please Note:

  • The tour involves an hour of walking on sometimes uneven surfaces and narrow pathways. Mobility can be a concern, so if you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to us at membership@museumofflight.org.
  • For safety reasons, we are unable to admit anyone under the age of 10 to participate in the tour.
  • The Museum of Flight's Restoration Center & Reserve Collection is located at Paine Field in Everett, WA.
  • Due to limited staff and space, we do have to keep our tour groups small. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
