Logan Shepard takes a break from his job restoring aircraft for the Museum at its Restoration Center to share the remarkable history of the Museum’s Goodyear FG-1D Corsair—its recovery from a watery grave in the depths of Lake Washington, the plane’s glorious restoration and its eventual journey to the Museum’s Personal Courage Wing. A short walking tour to the Corsair will immediately follow the lecture.
