STEM Starters is a program series geared specifically for our youngest Museum Members. Up to 12 children (ages 3 to 5) and their one adult co-pilot are invited to explore the wonders of aerospace during this fun, educational program.

Theme: Art+Flight
Shapes, colors, patterns and more! Join Museum Educator’s on an outside tour of different art found at The Museum of Flight! On this tour, participants will begin to learn that art is all around us. Be advised, this program requires lots of moving and walking on uneven ground. Please plan accordingly.
Please note that both of July's STEM Starters lessons will be photographed for Museum promotional purposes. Each participant will need to sign a photo release when checking into class. Participants will be unable to opt out and still attend the lesson. For participants not wanting to be photographed by Museum staff, we invite you to join our next STEM Starters lesson on Aug 29, 2023.

Please Note: Due to very limited space and resources, we cannot make accommodations for children who do not fall between the 3-5 age range or permit more than one adult helper to attend the lesson.
