Craig Lindsay, a local droid builder, talks about his path from Star Wars fan to father and how 3D printing a droid as a STEM project for his young daughter inspired a new hobby. He will cover the basics of building a droid and talk through the process of building some of movie’s most famous droids including original trilogy favorites like R2-D2, newcomers like BB-8, Andor’s B2-EMO and other small droids with big personalities.
