With the wild success of his Seattle history The Boys in the Boat, Daniel James Brown’s focused his latest book, Facing the Mountain, on four Japanese American families and their sons, who volunteered for the 442nd Regimental Combat Team during World War II. For this program, the author will be joined in conversation with Tom Ikeda, Executive Director of Densho.
