Engineering Student to Entrepreneur; Global Team Creates Global Solution

Jessica and a global team of collegiate collaborators created the Amparo (meaning support) socket for amputees. The socket was recently named one of 2016’s top five social innovations by Mashable. Jessica founded a new company – Amparo – and now CurioSpace, which aims to inspire children from vulnerable populations to be curious, creative, and persistent through curated problem solving kits.
