Come see the LEAF challenge in action! The Lindbergh Electric Aircraft (LEAF) challenge is an engineering competition where students design, build and fly electric aircraft. Watch as teams of students from around Washington test their aircraft's cargo capabilities by flying them around a tethered pole, and see which plane can carry the most weight!
On the first Thursday of each month, the Museum stays open late – and admission is FREE. Enjoy the Museum's Great Gallery, Personal Courage Wing, Simonyi Space Gallery, Aviation Pavilion, and more from 5:00 to 9:00 PM, courtesy of Wells Fargo.
The Museum Store and Wings Café will also remain open for extended hours.
