Please join us for a members-only, seated lunch with astronaut and biotechnologist Soyeon Yi who became the first Korean to fly in space. Soyeon Yi is a fascinating and entertaining speaker who will delight you with stories from her unconventional education and career path.

Entrée: Garlic & Herb Marinated Chicken Breast with red pepper coulis, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
Vegetarian Option*: Grilled Acorn Squash with a blend of vegetables, quinoa, lentil & fresh tomato coulis.
Dessert Course: An assortment of cookies and bars.
