About Private Pilot Ground School:

Instructors are licensed pilots and educators who engage students in hands-on learning in The Museum of Flight’s state-of-the-art flight simulation lab and through team projects. Students will meet fascinating professionals in the aviation industry and take field trips to local aviation and aerospace companies. Students will build a foundation in aviation that will help them excel regardless of the career pathway they choose to pursue.

Learning takes place on The Museum of Flight campus at Boeing Field, often referred to as “the Smithsonian of the West." An incredible collection of aircraft, spacecraft, galleries, exhibits, facts, and stories that embody the past, present, and future of flight make this summer program memorable for a lifetime. Part of the experience includes classroom instruction at Raisbeck Aviation High School, a nationally recognized STEM school, also located on The Museum of Flight campus.
