Individual Learning
The Museum of Flight offers many opportunities for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade to explore STEM education in aviation and aerospace. As students move through these programs, aerospace comes to life with engaging experiences to help them be inspired to find their passion, explore to deepen their interest and prepare and engage in pre-professional opportunities.
Many are offered at no cost to you or for a small fee.
Connections
School aged learners who participate in select Museum education programs are invited to join Connections--an exclusive opportunity designed to inspire curious minds and support their passion for aviation and aerospace. Connections provides access to experiences, FREE Museum admission and more!
Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE)
Kids will fill their summer with fun and engaging aviation, space and STEM adventures.

Amelia’s Aero Club (AAC) inspires middle school girls (6th-8th grade) to become the next generation of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) innovators.

Private Pilot Ground School
This unique course provides the opportunity for students to explore the world of aviation while creating a base of aeronautical knowledge that pilots need to successfully pass the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) private pilot written exam.

Washington Aerospace Scholars
An online distance learning course and summer residency specifically designed for high school juniors interested in pursuing science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) pathways through the exploration of aerospace design and space travel.
