Everyone who works or volunteers at The Museum of Flight must submit to a background check before they start their new position. Background checks are conducted by a third-party vendor (CICS, inc) and include Address History trace, County Criminal Records, Federal Criminal Search, and Sex Offender Search. Specific positions may require a credit check and/or a review of Department of Motor Vehicle records. Information from the background check does not necessarily preclude employment or volunteer status but is/will be considered in determining the applicant's suitability and competence to perform in the position being offered.
