SEATTLE, Nov. 30, 2023—On Dec. 9, New York Times best-selling author Kobi Yamada will be in the Museum Store signing copies of his books Maybe, Chasing Dreams and What Do You Do With An Idea. The signings will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the books are available for purchase at the Museum Store. The event is free.

Maybe is a story for everything you will do and everything you can be. It’s a story about all the possibilities ahead of you. It’s for who you are right now and it’s for all the magical, unbounded potential you hold inside. With its beautiful visual storytelling and timeless message, Maybe is an inspiring story for kids of all ages.

Chasing Dreams is a follow-up to the bestsellers Finding Muchness and Feeling Grateful, this third addition to the beloved book series offers timeless nuggets of wisdom about risking failure to chase all we hope for.

What Do You Do With An Idea is a story for anyone, at any age, who’s ever had an idea that seemed too big, too odd, too difficult. It’s a story to inspire you to welcome that idea, to give it space to grow, and to see what happens next.

The event is part of the Museum’s six-month Art+Flight project (6/23-1/24).
