Learn math the fun way with Music Notes!
Jimmy Pascascio and LaMar Queen, two middle school teachers in South Central Los Angeles, combine original lyrics with hip hop beats to engage learners of all ages! A musical event for the whole family.
A songwriting workshop will follow the concert. The workshop is designed for children and their families to explore the many opportunities that exist when you write songs based on math. Whether you're already an aspiring songwriter or have never written a song before, this workshop will be a fun activity to learn about writing lyrics that share your love for math and learning.
Concert is FREE with Museum admission.
