How do you protect an astronaut in the low-pressure environment of space? How do you study a celestial body like Mars? Investigate both these questions by participating in hands-on activities in programming and engineering design! Using LEGO Mindstorms and tablets, students work in teams to program robots to complete Mars exploration challenges. Students also design and build pressure suits for marshmallows, solving the problem of astronaut protection.

This program is for students ages 10+ and will require working together in small groups.
