The Museum of Flight showcases its collection of more than 150 historic air and spacecraft and related artifacts in unique and inspiring exhibits. There is something for everyone to experience in these dynamic displays presenting events that have carried us from Kitty Hawk to the Moon.

Space Shuttle: Conquering Low Earth Orbit was created at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center by the same engineers who designed and built the Shuttle's powerful propulsion elements. Frank Piasecki and Other Polish Aviation Designers, from the Muzeum Lotnictwa Polskiego (Polish Aviation Museum) in Krakow, explores the careers of ten Polish and Polish-American engineers and their tremendous contributions to aviation technology. The exhibit will be on display in the Great Gallery beginning November 12, 2012. |
The Museum of Flight is once again hosting its annual Spirit of Flight juried photography exhibition. Exhibit participation is open to all photographers, and photographs need only reflect a "Spirit of Flight". The exhibit will go on display in the Museum's Great Gallery beginning June 8, 2013 and runs through September 1, 2013. |
