Lockheed Super G Constellation: A Work in Progress

Time: Saturday, January 9, 2010 - 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Event Type: Public Program
Location: William M. Allen Theater
The Lockheed Constellation was the “epitome of piston engine airliners.” Sleek with a sensuous curve to its fuselage, the Connie was one of the most graceful airlines ever built. A restored Constellation just joined the Museum’s collection. Join Museum volunteer Bob Bogash in a fascinating presentation on this former Trans-Canada Air Lines aircraft and its history.
Those in attendance for the presentation will have the opportunity to participate in a special drawing to see the Museum's Connie on the morning of Jan. 13 at its Boeing Plant II location.
Program is Free with Museum Admission
