Join Museum Curator Dan Hagedorn for a special "Stories of Courage" presentation about the Museum’s original Caproni Ca. 20, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2014. Famously known as the world’s first true fighter plane, the Caproni holds a place of honor at the front of the World War I exhibit. Learn the history behind this one-of-a-kind aircraft and its journey to The Museum of Flight.
June 7 also marks the 10-year anniversary of the opening of the Museum’s award-winning J. Elroy McCaw Personal Courage Wing, comprised of 28 World War I and World War II fighter planes and interactive exhibits.
