Commercial Photo Shoots
Overview
The Museum of Flight is an exciting location for your photo/video shoot. Our glass-enclosed galleries define a space that is breathtaking and unlike any other. Our collection of aircraft, too, is unique-ranging from the biplanes of old to the sleek jets of today.
Basic Fee
$1,000.00 for four-hour period includes load-in and load-out. Shoot must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance, and require a signed contract and full payment. The fee covers access to the Museum with staff escorts, and one walk-through. Additional hours may be added, as available, at $500.00 per additional hour.
Shoots may be scheduled between 5:00 and 9:00 a.m. seven days a week, subject to space availability. Shoots will be accommodated at the main Museum of Flight campus in Seattle only.
Additional Fees
Curator: $25.00 per hour, $50.00 minimum
Electrician: $25.00 per hour, $50.00 minimum
Maintenance: $25.00 per hour, $50.00 minimum
Technical Services: $25.00 per hour, $50.00 minimum
Catering: Exclusive caterer, Catering by McCormick & Schmick's, 206-762-4418.
Overnight Equipment Storage: $250.00, flat rate, per night
