The Apollo Space Program, one of the great scientific achievements of the 20th century, was created to put humans on the Moon and return them safely to Earth. Since then, we have continued to explore space, our solar system and the Universe beyond.
Now, in the 21st century, NASA is preparing to return to the Moon, and The Museum of Flight has developed the Apollo Moon School (AMS) program to make sure your students are ready to go. AMS participants join one of our two teams, Rocketry or Robotics, to examine some of the real science involved in visiting another world.
