We are excited to partner with the Royal Aeronautical Society to bring you a FREE screening of Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story.
Director Alexandra Dean examines Lamarr’s rich intellectual life—a part of her that was largely ignored during her rise to Hollywood fame. With the inclusion of rare audio tapes and interview clips, Bombshell reveals how Lamarr invented the concepts that are the basis for today’s cell phone and Bluetooth technologies.
The screening will begin with an introduction by RAeS Branch President Pam Valdez and special guest Denise Loder-DeLuca, Lamarr’s daughter.
