Special pricing, extended hours for families with children with autism on April 19

SEATTLE, April 7, 2014--In recognition of April as Autism Awareness Month, The Museum of Flight is opening its doors early and offering admission discounts for families with children with autism. On Saturday, April 19, the Museum will open its doors at 9 a.m. for families with children with autism. This will give the children an opportunity to explore the Museum with their families before the general public is admitted at 10 a.m. There will also be informational tables representing various autism support and education organizations to communicate their services and increase awareness among all Museum visitors.

On this day all families with children with autism will be offered the Museum's preferred Group Pricing:
Adults: 18-65 $16 (regularly $19)
Youth 5-17: $9 (regularly $11)
Seniors 65+: $14 (regularly $16)
Children under 5: Free

Families with children with autism will also receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchased in the Museum Store.

The Museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $19 for adults, $16 for seniors 65 and older, $16 for active military, $11 for youth 5 to 17, and free for children under 5.
